INGREDIENTS
400 grams canned beans, drained and rinsed
1 big tomatoes, chopped
200 grams feta cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
How to Cook
In a heated skillet, sauté chopped tomatoes in olive oil until softened.
Stir in drained and rinsed beans, along with oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Let simmer until the flavors meld.
Crumble feta cheese over the mixture and serve warm.
