INGREDIENTS


  • 250 grams of fresh noodles

  • 1 big tomatoes

  • 1 medium onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

  • 1 tablespoon of red chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1000 ml of water

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper


How to Cook


  1. Chop the onion and garlic finely.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  3. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in the tomato paste, chili powder, and salt.

  5. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  6. Add the tomatoes and cook until they have softened, about 10 minutes.

  7. Add the fresh noodles and cook for 5 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.

  8. Add the water, salt, and black pepper.

  9. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

  10. Serve hot.
